What tool do you use to convert from cubic to quadratic? You can get much better screen rendering with hinted TrueType on windows. Mac and mobile (iOS and Android) are fine with OT.1 -

I wouldn't go through it pair by pair but look a texts. If I see a white dark spot I check if it is actually a spacing problem. And if it's not, then I add a kerning pair.2 -
